Process Overview: Forced-air heat treatment process.
(1) Function: To pursue higher quality and address common issues found in various types of drying ovens, we developed this electric forced-air circulation drying oven to provide stable and efficient drying performance.
(2) Temperature: Max. 300°C.
(3) Electrical Control: Solid-state relay (SSR) control combined with PID temperature control.
(4) Features: Equipped with a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter mounted on the stainless-steel structure for easy replacement. A digital temperature controller and over-temperature protection system ensure the safety of both the furnace and working area. The seamless-welded stainless-steel inner chamber helps protect processed products from contamination. The heater and motor are designed for easy maintenance and servicing.
