Process Overview: High-temperature heat treatment in an oxygen-free atmosphere.
(1) Function: Special heating elements with optional multi-zone temperature control, allowing independent temperature adjustment on the left, right, top, and bottom sides.
(2) Temperature: 900°C, 1200°C, 1400°C, and 1650°C (selectable options).
(3) Electrical Control: Programmable temperature controller with PID + SCR control.
(4) Features: Customized design according to customer requirements for processing products in a high-temperature, oxygen-free environment. Special high-temperature heating elements are selected according to the required operating temperature.
Optional Equipment: Oxygen analyzer, mass flow controller, temperature recorder, and PC-based monitoring and control system.
